Our goal isn't to do everything.
It's to help make the community's resources work better together.
People don't always need another program. Sometimes they need a better connection to the right one.
When someone is facing instability, the barrier is rarely just one thing.
It may be housing, transportation, employment, food, finances, identification, access to services, or simply not knowing where to turn.
AFF works to understand the barriers standing in the way and connect people with appropriate resources and trusted community partners.
We don't believe everyone needs the same solution.
